"The Packaging Café has been the perfect solution for my company. We deal with a variety of products imported from all over the world. Most of the time, this requires thermoform packaging and corrugated floor and pallet displays. And almost always, we require unpacking and re-packing. Our items are small and very valuable, so The Café's secure package solutions are essential.

"My company could not be as successful if we did not have The Café as our most valued resource. We have dealt with multiple suppliers in the past and have experienced all of the heartaches of having clamshells not fit properly or blister packs not perform well. They do all of their own manufacturing. I trust that if they need to add a divider or tray to make the project work or get the order out in time, they will do what it takes. Since we began doing business with The Packaging Café, we have been able to take on more projects and expand our business."

"My company was importing plastic clamshells from Taiwan which were to be shipped to The Packaging Café on a Monday morning. The Packaging Café was supplying us a graphic card to place into our clamshell, sealing the clamshell, and placing two of our products into a box that they manufactured. We had several challenges that needed to be addressed.
First, we did not have the exact specifications of the clamshell being produced in Taiwan, therefore, a sealing tool could not be made until the product arrived. (We began communications with The Packaging Café on Friday, and were to receive the product and clamshells on that Monday for a Thursday emergency delivery to Target Stores across the country.) Because we didn't know the size of the clamshell a box could not be designed either. To make a very long and stressful story shorter, the clamshells were held up in Customs in Alaska and did not make it to The Packaging Café on Monday. I was informed of this, not by the people in Taiwan, not by my employees, and not by the freight carrier. The employees at The Packaging Café were tracing my shipment to ensure they could pull this off for us. They understood my company's relationship with a major customer was in jeopardy.

"The clamshells arrived on Wednesday. A sealing tool was made by their Engineering Department on site (which had to be special made due to the fact that the clamshells were designed improperly by the company in Taiwan and production was going to be slowed down tremendously). The Packaging Café manufactured a shipping box within 12 hours and began packing out our orders. They arranged emergency freight with several carriers and had every employee feasible (including the sales personnel) packing on the production line. We made our delivery in time and the last box left UPS overnight at 5:00 that afternoon. Due to their persistence, hard work, commitment to us, we kept our commitment to one of our largest customers.

"We send our product in, they design the packaging to meet our needs and we can walk away assured that it will be done professionally, on time, and in the most productive manner for our company."

"Upon our products arrival, you've already developed great ideas for our attention grabbing displays. Then you package (and repackage) our products, put them on pallets and warehouse them. And if that's not enough, you ship on time. Thanks to all at The Packaging Café."
